Welcome to the Peel Amateur Radio Club, Inc. website.

One of the longest running amateur radio clubs in the GTA, the Peel Amateur Radio Club has something for every "ham" in Brampton & surrounding areas. If you are a licenced amateur radio operator, or are interested in becoming licenced, come on out to one of our meetings and meet the gang! You will be most welcome.

What's Coming Up?

Did you enjoy Field Day? Click for a few photos. The new site was terrific, and the bands were surprisingly good. Both 10 metres & 15 metres were hopping. Apparently even 6 was open for a while. Of course lots of activity on 80, 40 & 20. A special thank you to Victoria, VA3VJS, her hubby, George, Janet, VE3BVR and her mom for excellent & plentiful food!

Next Club Meeting: Stay tuned! There may be a surprise event in the summer! And wait until you see our new meeting location starting in September!

The Next ARES meeting will be held at the Region of Peel Building on July 21. Don't forget to read the EC Training Manual!

The Tour de Terra Cotta premiere bicycle race took place on Sunday July 6 at Terra Cotta. Thanks to all our volunteers! Click for pictures.
